As a part of the mandate, Gozoop will be responsible for managing media relations, PR outreach, influencer marketing, counsel and planning, and digital customer experience management. Additionally, they will be entrusted with the task to establish a scalable Omni-Channel Customer Experience Team for iBall that will serve as the custodian of all conversations happening around the brand in the online space.
