By participating in movements and discussing issues of importance, brands get noticed among the clutter; this year, some came out with unique products for pride celebrations.
A year ago today, the Supreme Court of India had decriminalised consensual sexual acts between same-sex adults in private. A part of Section 377 of the IPC was repealed, leading to a wave of relief among the members of the LGBTQ community. This lead to brands joining into pride celebrations and support the movement, and promote their products and services in the process. Globally, brands are known to go the distance during the pride month. Here, we take a look at some international initiatives that did a good job at it.
