Only 2% of the ad insertions in the education category between April 2019 and June 2019 were videos, according to the data released by TAM Digital AdEx.
According to the data released by TAM Digital AdEx, 98% of education category ad insertions on digital channels are display ads. These include mobile (53%) and desktop (45%) displays. The rest 2% are video ads on mobile and desktop. Upon further exploration, it was found that among the creative display ads, 53% are HTML5 and 45% are banner ads. The data was recorded between April 2019 and June 2019.
TAM Digital AdEx data further revealed that when it comes to the transaction method, direct formed the bulk at 52%, followed by ad network (33%) and programmatic (14%).
Further, the data revealed Sri Vile Parle to the top advertiser in the education category between April 2019 and June 2019. They are followed by Times & Trends (8%), Yadala (4%), Pathfinder (4%), Amity Education (3%), Great Learning (2%), Vacs Technology (2%), Vector Inst (2%), Digital Marketing (2%) and Hindustan Group (2%).
Among education category brands, the highest insertions were made by NMIIMS School of Business Management (15%), followed by Times & Trends Academy (8%), Ace Engg Academy (4%), Nopaperforms.com (4%), Amity University (3%), Great Learning (2%), Vacs Sap Education (2%), Vectors Ins (2%), DMTI (2%) and Manoramahorizon.com (1%).
