Runwal Group awards marcom mandate to Alchemist for Runwal Gardens

Alchemist Marketing Solutions, through its Real Estate division, Clay Express – has been appointed as the communication strategy and creative agency for Runwal Gardens, a project of Runwal Group.

As their first assignment, Alchemist has incubated and executed its maiden campaign for Runwal Gardens. The concept is called HHQ, which through a teaser, first urged the audiences to check how the health of their current home is. They were led to a neutral web asset, which through a short quiz helped them ascertain the current Home Health Quotient [HHQ]. Following this, the reveal campaign talked about the launch of North Avenue II, within Runwal Gardens.

The account earlier handled by RK Swamy is now being handled from Alchemist’s Mumbai office. Manish Porwal, Managing Director of Alchemist Group says “Its one matter of pride that the Runwal Group noticed the disrupting work we have been doing in this market. Its another that, through our first campaign itself, we have put to rest any questions that may be left open in their mind on our effectiveness in delivering results, even in this stressed market. It’s a big responsibility that they chose us to lead their flagship project’s communication at this crucial time. With this addition, we would have or work with 8 of the Top 20 real estate brands of the country”
