Rajat Uppal moves on from RED FM as National Marketing Head

Rajat Uppal has played a significant role in crafting marketing initiatives, creating live events and IP’s at RED FM. 

National Marketing Head at RED FM, Rajat Uppal has decided to move on from his current role. Uppal joined 93.5 RED FM in 2012 and in the past 8 years he was instrumental in strengthening the brand ‘RED FM’.

At RED FM, he was responsible for the entire gamut of marketing including brand planning, marketing campaigns (consumer & trade), creative development & advertising, media planning, strategic partnerships, corporate communications, social media marketing & over the two years have been able set processes for streamlining the function for the 14 member marketing team he managed.

Details on Rajat’s next move remain unknown, but industry sources indicate that he is likely to head towards the digital domain, where he will be managing marketing, events, and IPs.

Uppal is equipped with 18 years of extensive experience in marketing & sales and establishing brands. He has worked with an array of radio stations including Big FM & Fever FM.
