Digital ad insertions grew by 93% from Jan-May 2021 for Real Estates/Properties: TAM

TAM AdEx cross-media report highlights how the advertising fared for the Real Estates/Properties on TV, Print, Radio, and Digital for the months of Jan-May 2021 as compared to the same period in the previous year.

As per the latest TAM AdEx cross-media report, the ad volumes of the Real Estates/Properties’ category on Television grew by 18%, 42% in Print, 50% on Radio, and 93% on Digital in the period of Jan-May 2021 over the same period in the previous year.

For Television, the Top 10 advertisers accounted for more than 50% share of category ad volumes during Jan-May’21 with Baashyaam Constructions topping the list. Crown Residences (Baashyaam) topped among the brands during Jan-May 2021 with a 17% share of ad volumes.

For Print, Baashyaam Constructions topped among the advertisers of Properties/Real Estates followed by
Casagrand Builder. Further, the English language topped with a 40% share of Properties/Real Estates ad space
followed by Hindi with 32% share in the same period.

The Real Estates ad volumes observed a significant rise on Radio during Jan-Mar’21 compared to Jan-Mar’20. 400+ new brands were registered in the same period on the medium. Further, a 68% share of Properties/Real Estates’ ad volumes was observed in the Evening & Afternoon time bands for the period.

According to the report, Digital experienced the highest spike amongst the mediums for the Real Estate/Properties category with Sumadhura Constructions and Lodha Group as the top 2 advertisers with 8% and 4% share of ad insertions during Jan-May’21 respectively.
