Malaika Arora launches health & lifestyle venture

After having a career spanning two decades in the industry and building a robust career in the world of Bollywood and television, Malaika Arora decided to expand her horizon and venture toward entrepreneurship. She has initiated ventures like Label Life and SARVA Yoga.

With business tie-ups like the e-commerce brand Label Life in the fashion space, SARVA Yoga in fitness, and her most recent venture with Rebel Food’s Nude Bowl in the clean eating space, Malaika Arora now looks forward to bringing the overall wellbeing sector to the fore with prudent investments in the coming year.

She has established herself as a strategic business investor, with handpicked tie-ups and investments under her business label/company called Malaika Arora Ventures (MAV).

Talking about her ventures, entrepreneur Malaika Arora says, “Our goal at Malaika Arora Ventures (MAV) is to actively look out for and purposively invest in lifestyle, health, and wellness brands. Label Life, SARVA Yoga, and now Nude Bowl has been our first steps in each of the three directions we have had in mind- Fashion, fitness, and wellness. But that’s not it. We are already in talks with more such brands and expanding ourselves into the overall well-being segment, including beauty and health. I personally believe in the comprehensive well-being of our bodies. Concentrating on just one does not support the other. So the idea is to promote good health inside out and we have barely scratched the surface as of now. MAV plans to dig deeper and establish itself as one of the major players in this sector.”

At MAV, Arora and her team are dedicated to actively scouting for businesses and opportunities with a common vision – to organically help the brands and businesses to grow and reach out to the consumers to spread the message of healthy living. MAV is not really about short-term goal partnerships. Most of these businesses have a long-term vision of growing and developing into a 100 cr plus brand and have partnered with Malaika in this journey.
