As per the new role, Satish Kumar will be responsible for achieving targets by developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives to deliver services at The Leela Goa.
The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts announced the appointment of Satish Kumar P. as General Manager for the luxury beach resort, The Leela Goa. Having worked closely with brand teams, ownership, and asset management teams, Satish is adept at seamlessly handling hotel operations, driving stakeholder value, and optimizing the performance levels of associates.
Prior to joining The Leela Goa, Satish was the General Manager at Conrad Pune. Over the course of his enriching career, he has worked with prestigious brands like Oberoi Hotels, Taj Group of Hotels, Marriott Marquis Doha-Qatar, The Ritz-Carlton-Bangalore, The Westin, and Le Meridien-Bahrain and JW Marriott Jakarta, Indonesia. Satish is a Certified Green Belt from Six Sigma-Operational Innovation at Marriott International and was also the recipient of the esteemed Global Award for Excellence in Delivering Guest Experiences.

Satish is an alumnus of Regency College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is also a Post Graduate Diploma holder from The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD).
