In its 20-year journey across the world, IIFAs was staged for the first time in Mumbai this year — the heart of Bollywood. The unforgettable star-studded night left Mumbaikars and global fans screaming for more, spell-bound by the extravagant celebration and the participation of the superstars of Indian cinema.
In a first-time-ever partnership with any international Awards ceremony, Facebook — the world’s leading social media and social networking platform — will stream the Nexa IIFA Awards as a simulcast along with COLORS. The Nexa IIFA Awards-Mumbai is co-presented by Fortune Refined Soyabean Oil.
Addressing at the event, Actor, Sara Ali Khan, said “IFA homecoming edition has been a remarkably special experience for me! I’ve always wanted to be able to attend IIFA, perform at IIFA and one day, even be nominated and win at IIFA! Attended by the most celebrated personalities of B-town, the audience was mesmerized by the power-packed performances comprising the ever-energetic Ranveer Singh followed by the stunning Katrina Kaif, the IIFA debutant star Sara Ali Khan, the effervescent Aayush Sharma, National Award-winning Actor Vicky Kaushal, the Dancing Diva Madhuri Dixit and the Dabbang of Bollywood, Salman Khan.
