BARC Week 46: HUL retains position, Lux new entrant at top spot

Lux occupied the number one spot with 15306 insertions, amongst the list of brands spending on television advertisements in Week 46. It was followed by Trivago (14904), Vaseline Intensive Care Location (13447), Santoor Sandal and Turmeric (11799), Santoor Beauty Soaps (10646), Horlicks (10136), Surf Excel Easy Wash (9500), Colgate Dental Cream (8686), Clinic Plus Shampoo (8329), and Dettol Antiseptic Liquid (7974).

Among the advertisers on television, HUL was a top spender with 187391 insertions. They were followed by Reckitt Benckiser at 60242 insertions. While ITC Ltd stood third with 46426 insertions, Ponds India could be seen at the fourth position with 42010 insertions. Next on the list of top ten were Procter & Gamble (41290), Cadburys (37582), Brooke Bond Lipton (35497), Wipro Ltd (34531), Godrej Consumer Products (31252), and Colgate Palmolive (25770).
