Ranjit Yadav has over 29 years’ experience in building and scaling up companies and people. He has been associated with small and big venture-funded companies. In his previous roles, Ranjit has worked as Operating Partner at Info Edge India, as President at Tata Motors and Country Head at Samsung India to name a few. He is an experienced managing director and business leader with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry. Skilled in negotiation, sales, go-to-market strategy and sales management he possesses rich multi-industry experience. Ranjit has worked across countries and geographies.
In his past role, Rajat Kumar was COO at ABP Digital. A rank holder Charter Accountant, he has immense experience in various roles in multiple industries like big startups, consulting firms, IT and media industry. He commands strong knowledge in finance, strategic consulting, general management and analytics. Kumar has also worked with E&Y, Snapdeal, Mckinsey and Star Group.
Previously associated with OVERDRIVE, an automotive magazine published by Network 18 Publishing, Shubhabrata Marmar started his journalism career in 2000 with Business Standard Motoring. Today he is one of the most senior and prolific journalists in the motorcycle space in India. He is passionate about riding and writing about motorbikes. With Shumi (as the industry famously knows him) joining, is the beginning of an unprecedented content creation at PowerDrift.

Ranjiv Kapur’s last professional engagement was with Concorde Motors (Tata Motors Subsidiary) as CEO. He has 35 years of experience in leading roles with popular brands like Philips, Samsung mobiles, Tata Motors and Arvind Mills. With his vast knowledge and insights into different styles of management, he will be responsible for strategic initiatives in the new auto business division at CarDekho.
Earlier designated as Sr. Vice President of CarDekho, Mir Muzaffar U Zaman has played a vital role in overall organization’s growth. In his new role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the New Auto division, he will now be responsible for current business strategy as well as the successful execution of the long-term growth plans to ensure the continued service of the customers in the best possible way.
