Mindshare's Nick Emery to step down over 'breach of company conduct'

As reported by several international publications, Mindshare has fired Nick Emery ‘following a clear breach of the company’s code of conduct’. GroupM CEO Christian Juhl will assume the role of interim CEO at Mindshare until the position is filled.

In a statement on the issue, Juhl said, “At GroupM and our agencies, we believe everyone should experience an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.”

“Inappropriate and offensive behaviour is not tolerated in our company, and when we see any employee breach our code of conduct, we take swift action.
